Abstract

The individual biomass of different prosobranch snails recorded at two freshwater ponds namely, Gajner pond and Kodemdesar pond over an annual cycle in Bikaner, Rajasthan. An almost similar trend of annual fluctuations in average biomass was presented by pro sobranch snails namely Bellamya bengalensis, Gabbia orcula and Diagoniostoma pulchella.
