First Records of Four Species of Earwigs (Insecta: Dermaptera) from Nagaland, India

Abstract

The present paper is intended to report four new records of earwigs for the State, Nagaland. The species, Euborellia manipurensis Srivastava, 1979, Chaetospania feae Bormans, 1894, Adiathella metallicus (Srivastava, 1885) and Allodahlia dineshi Gangola, 1965 are reported for the first time from Nagaland. A systematic list of Dermaptera known till date is also provided.
