Abstract

Insect's activeness was found to be inhibited conpletely by the activity of some of the common plant extracts. It was found that the methanolic extracts had shown the rnaximum activity compared to the aqueous extracts of the same plants. The plants having the activity are Ageratum conyzoides, Artemisia nilagarica , Eupatorium adenophorium, E. riparium and Lantana camara.
