Abstract

Species of the genus Mylonchulus (Nematoda: Mononchida) are fairly variable as far as the characters of the buccal cavity, reproductive system, tail, caudal glands and spinneret are concerned. In a survey of predatory nematodes of Manipur, 11 species were recorded. Three species of Paramylonchulus reported earlier were transferred to Mylonchulus. Morphological characters supported with illustrations were provided for the transferred species while for others only dimensions were provided.
