Abstract
The present paper, deals with a new species of Stilesia Railliet, 1893 from Goat (Capra hircus) at Yaval. It is differentiated, from all known species, of the genus, in the shape of the scolex quadrangular, neck long, mature segments broader than long, testes 5-6 in number (3+2 or 3+3 on each side) in each segment cirrus pouch marginal, oval, ovary globular, near posterior margin, genital pores marginal at 1/3rd to 1/4th of the segment.
