Abstract

Changes in different blood parameters of Xenentodon cancila (Ham) during different normal water conditions and abnormal (exclusive air) conditions, have been investigated. Asphyxiatian during normal and abnormal breathing for 6 hrs, led to an increase in RBC number, HB%, PCV as compared as normal breathing, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RBC, are decreased in abnormal conditions.
