Abstract
Ethnozoology, a modern branch of Biological Sciences, is very old one in concept but is new i its execution. It expresses a socio-scientific relationship among modern tribal people based on the faunal wealth of their existing environment. Ethnozoological study highlights how the animal resources found in these communes could tit conserved and utilized for the betterment of tribal races who have been exploiting varieties of opportunities related to nature, for their survival in remote forest areas since time immorial. These aboriginals use animals as traditional drugs to cure their ailments like asthma, tuberculosis, rickets, piles, rheumatism, paralysis and impotency etc.
