Abstract

Fecundity of Acrossocheilus hexagonolepis was determined by numerical method. It ranged from 533 to 116594 in total length range of 1960 mm-44.2 mm. Log fecundity showed linear relationship with log total length and log total weight and also with the log ovary weight. The average comparative fecundity was found to be 12.27.
